Certain information generated through telephone services may constitute Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) or other protected telecommunications information under applicable federal law.

Where applicable, we protect CPNI and restrict its use, disclosure, and access in accordance with applicable law. We may use or disclose such information as permitted or required to provide services, bill and collect for services, protect against fraud or unlawful use, comply with legal obligations, respond to emergencies, or fulfill other legally permitted purposes.

We do not authorize personnel or third parties to access customer call records without a legitimate business, operational, security, or legal reason and appropriate authorization.

Where required, we use authentication and access-control procedures before disclosing protected account information.

6. CALL RECORDING AND COMMUNICATIONS CONTENT

Call recording is available only where supported and enabled for the applicable service.

Customers who enable or use call recording are responsible for determining whether recording is lawful, providing required notices, and obtaining required consent from callers and participants. Requirements may vary based on the parties' locations, the type of communication, and the circumstances of the recording.

We may process or store recordings to provide the requested service, support customer-directed access, troubleshoot problems, or comply with applicable law and contractual requirements.

Recording availability, storage, access permissions, retention, and deletion may depend on the platform, configuration, customer instructions, and applicable service agreement.

We require appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations from service providers where required by law or contract.

8. COOKIES AND WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES

Our website or portal may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, support authentication, remember preferences, protect against fraud, measure performance, or understand website usage.

Some technologies may be provided by third parties. The information collected depends on the tools actually deployed.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect portal login, security, or functionality.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Safeguards may include access restrictions, authentication controls, secure communications, system monitoring, and vendor oversight, as appropriate to the services involved.

No website, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, networks, credentials, and authorized-user accounts.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer accounts, maintain business and billing records, address disputes, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may differ for call detail records, call recordings, support tickets, account records, payment information, and security logs.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, destroy, or de-identify it, subject to applicable law, backup practices, contractual obligations, and legitimate retention requirements.

Requests may be submitted using the contact information below. We may need to verify identity or authority before responding. We may also need to retain certain information to provide services, comply with legal requirements, protect security, or exercise legal rights.

Where information relates to an employee, caller, or other individual whose information was provided to us by a business customer, we may direct the request to that customer where appropriate and legally permitted.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our business and the relevant information, we will provide the disclosures and rights required by that law. Certain information and activities may be exempt from particular provisions, but exemptions are not assumed to apply to all information merely because it concerns telecommunications.
